AI Business Coach or Someone Who Builds It? A Guide for Bognor Regis Owners
The difference between being coached on AI and having it installed, and how to tell which one you need. Written for owner-run firms such as salons and studios.
We do not list an AI business coach in Bognor Regis. Dean Keating, the publisher of this site, is an AI automation consultant based in Horndean, Hampshire, who builds and installs AI agents remotely rather than coaching. If what you want is a coach who teaches, he is not it. Free call: 07418 627304.
Two different jobs with the same label
People searching for an AI business coach usually mean one of two things. Some want to learn: to sit with someone who explains what the tools can do and what to try on Monday. Others want the result: a business that answers its messages faster, without the owner having to become an expert. A coach serves the first. An installer serves the second. It saves a lot of money to know which one you are.
Who tends to need which
Look at who owns the small businesses on this site. We list 59 hairdressers and barbers and 57 beauty and wellness businesses, many of them one or two people working with their hands all day. Nobody in that chair has a free hour to learn a new tool. Their messages pile up between appointments, and the thing they need is for those messages to get a sensible first reply. That is an installation job, not a learning job.
A firm with a manager who likes to experiment, on the other hand, may get more from a coach. Learning sticks when someone is able to apply it in the week.
What Dean Keating offers
His website describes a done-for-you service. He builds AI agents, installs them in the tools the business already uses, trains the team and supports it. He starts with the single task that makes the most difference, and the free call ends with a plan you can use with or without him. That is closer to consulting than coaching, and it is not a course. He is based in Horndean, Hampshire, and works with Bognor and West Sussex businesses remotely, so there is no sitting-down-together in your premises unless you arrange something different on the call.
How to choose
- Ask yourself whether you want to understand AI or to stop losing messages. Be honest.
- If you want to understand it, look for a coach who can show you their own working system, not slides.
- If you want it done, ask for a plan with one task in it and an idea of how you will know it worked.
- Whichever you pick, compare at least two people before paying anyone.
